HSE Manager in gas and steam power plant (m/f/d)

In HSE Management, you will be responsible for monitoring and revising the requirements defined in the HSE plan to ensure the effective implementation of the management system. The tasks also include the development and implementation of HSE programmes and risk management.

Your tasks

• Monitoring compliance with HSE regulations on the construction site
• Development and implementation of HSE programmes and training courses
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Risk management and hazard identification
• Accident investigation and reporting
• Conducting regular HSE inspections and audits

Your qualifications

• Relevant Italian HSE certificates are mandatory
• Experience in large gas and steam power plant projects (CCGT)
• Proven experience as a safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo)
• Fluency in English, Italian an advantage
• Strong communication and organisational skills
