Engineer Document Controller (m/f/d)
High willingness to travel in Northern Italy
Residence in Italy is required.
Your tasks
- Create and maintain the Engineering Tracker, regularly updating document status according to customer requirements and project inputs
- Integrate weekly progress updates from various disciplines and follow up on open customer comments to ensure adherence to timelines
- Ensure the consistency and quality of work packages in compliance with standards and customer requirements in EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
- Support the timely distribution of approved documents to relevant project stakeholders
Your qualifications
- Degree in engineering with a focus on project management or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Experience in managing technical project documentation, particularly drawings and reports
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes and understanding of dependencies in EPC project scheduling
- Proficiency in working with document management systems (DMS) and excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Italian, with a willingness to travel within Northern Italy
