Civil engineer for combined cycle power plant (m/f/d)

You are responsible for quality assurance and control of subcontractors as well as coordination of those involved in the project to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress and risk, documenting in a HSE-compliant manner and carrying out acceptance tests.

Your tasks

• Monitoring the subcontractors and checking the work and the contractually agreed scope of delivery
• Coordination of construction work, as well as continuous coordination between authorities, suppliers and builders
• Continuous quality assurance, ensuring the proper execution of construction work and implementing changes
• Carefully monitoring construction progress and schedule, including timely reporting of delays
• Implementation of risk management, including the identification of opportunities and risks as well as support in claim management
• Ensuring documentation and responsibility for the HSE-compliant execution of the work
• Carrying out final and official acceptance tests, approval of field quality plans as well as careful review and coordination of suppliers' work planning

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in personnel management is an advantage
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written Italian
• Very good knowledge of English or German
• Willingness to travel and class B driving license
• Excellent communication skills in Italian
