
Senior Scheduler (m/f/d)
Shape the future of energy – with strategic, visionary scheduling
Are you an experienced scheduler (m/f/d) ready to take on complex challenges in the energy sector? As part of our team in Italy, you’ll use your Primavera P6 expertise to help deliver a cutting-edge HVDC infrastructure project – with international cooperation, analytical depth, and real impact on the energy transition.
Your tasks
- Scheduling with Primavera P6 – Independently manage the project schedule during the execution phase of a turnkey HVDC project
- Overall project scheduling – Support overarching project planning and ensure integration with central project controlling
- Deviation management – Develop solutions for schedule deviations in close collaboration with the project team
- Strategy alignment – Coordinate planning strategy closely with project management and central scheduling
- Optimization & adaptation – Further develop the project schedule using established methods tailored to project needs
- Analyses & reporting – Produce project-specific analyses such as variance reports, milestone trend analyses, S-curves, and critical path analysis
Your qualifications
- Technical degree or training – Degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering or comparable qualification, ideally with project management experience
- Experience in project execution – Several years of experience, preferably in large-scale plant construction or the energy sector
- Primavera P6 expertise – Strong, proven experience in using Primavera P6 is essential
- Project methods & analytical skills – Confident with network scheduling techniques, critical path method, and S-curves
- Willingness to travel – Based in Italy, with readiness for occasional travel within Europe
- Language skills – Fluent English is required; good knowledge of German or Italian is an advantage
