
Site Manager Civil - Power Plant Construction (m/f/d)
On-site leadership. Responsibility for quality, safety, and project success.
As a Site Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the construction of a state-of-the-art power plant. You will be responsible for the entire on-site civil construction execution, lead a dedicated team, coordinate all trades, and ensure that deadlines, quality, budget, and safety are consistently under control. Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the timely, quality- and budget-compliant execution of civil construction works in accordance with the contractual scope
- Coordination of the on-site civil team, including the management of external partners and subcontractors
- Ensuring HSE-compliant execution in line with local regulations
- Monitoring construction progress, including schedule tracking and initiation of corrective actions
- Ongoing cost control and active involvement in claims and risk management
- Preparation of site reports and documentation (including as-built documentation)
Your qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience on construction sites in large-scale industrial plant construction, ideally within an EPC environment
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and their application on complex international construction sites
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and intercultural communication abilities in dynamic project environments
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Polish is an advantage
