Civil Engineer as Site Manager for FACTS plants (m/f/d)

Do you combine technical know-how, organizational skills and a feel for languages? Then as a site manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in international projects in the field of FACTS systems - with a focus on quality, safety, deadline management and smooth interface coordination.

Your tasks

• Organization, implementation, and monitoring of all construction activities in compliance with the contractually agreed scope of delivery

• Management and control of construction progress, including budget monitoring

• Identification of opportunities and risks, as well as active participation in change order management

• Creation, maintenance, and documentation of redline drawings (as-built)

• Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with HSE requirements (country- and contract-specific) in cooperation with the HSE manager

• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships on site

   

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in turnkey/EPC business and in the field of HVDC or FACTS systems

• Excellent Italian skills as well as business fluent German or English required

• Knowledge of HSE and/or experience as a safety and health coordinator would be an advantage

• Willingness to work on long-term assignments at construction sites in Italy and abroad

• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and confident manner on the construction site
