EHS Supervisor (M/F)
Shaping tomorrow’s energy infrastructure together
As EHS Site Supervisor, you will support support high‑voltage overhead line, underground cable, and HVDC construction projects in Germany. You will oversee on‑site safety, ensure compliance with HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with international teams. Field‑based role with frequent travel.
Your tasks
- Provide daily HSE supervision on construction sites involving overhead lines, underground cables, or HV/EHV/HVDC installations.
- Ensure compliance with German regulations, internal procedures, and project HSE standards.
- Conduct field inspections, HSE audits, risk assessments, and prevention plans.
- Support construction teams (cabling, civil works, assembly, pulling operations) in managing operational risks.
- Participate in site meetings and ensure effective HSE communication between French, international, and local teams.
- Monitor HSE KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work across multiple sites depending on project progress (frequent business travel required).
Your qualifications
- Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor on T&D construction sites, ideally involving HV/EHV or HVDC cable works.
- Strong understanding of overhead line and underground cable construction environments.
- Solid skills in risk assessment, HSE audits, prevention plans, and reporting.
- Professional English required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Ability to work on active construction sites, in a multicultural environment, with frequent travel.
- French HSE‑related certifications appreciated such as HSE Level 3 training, risk prevention qualifications, SPS coordinator or equivalent (corresponding German certifications are very welcome).
