Project Manager / High Voltage Cable (M/F)

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in High Voltage cable systems (HV or HVDC) to lead overhead and underground cable projects within major energy infrastructure programs in Germany. You will oversee technical, contractual, and operational project execution.

Your tasks

• Manage all project phases: engineering, preparation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and technical partners.
• Supervise HV or HVDC overhead and underground cable works.
• Ensure compliance with schedule, budget, technical standards, and HSE requirements.
• Handle technical interfaces and documentation.
• Represent the project to stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and regular reporting.
• Attend site meetings and perform field inspections.

Your qualifications

• Proven experience (5–10 years) in HV or HVDC cable project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure and construction environments.
• Solid coordination, planning, and contract management skills.
• Professional English required; German is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Germany.
• Relevant certifications:
  • PMI-PMP, Prince2, or French equivalents (RNCP Level 7).
  • Electrical safety certifications equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and autonomy.
