Site Manager for transmission HV cable (M/F)

We are looking for an experienced High Voltage Cable Construction Site Manager (HV or HVDC) to supervise overhead line or underground cable installation works in Germany. You will lead on‑site operations, ensure technical compliance, and drive successful project delivery.

Your tasks

• Supervise and coordinate HV cable installation works (overhead lines or underground links).
• Ensure technical compliance, quality standards, and site safety.
• Lead teams and subcontractors, manage resources and scheduling.
• Monitor progress, documentation, and site reporting.
• Work closely with engineering, HSE, and quality teams.
• Represent INP Deutschland GmbH on site and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Address technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Your qualifications

• Proven experience in HV / EHV / HVDC cable installation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical line construction standards and practices.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently due to site‑based activities.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multicultural teams.
• Relevant certifications appreciated (or EU equivalents): Electrical safety authorizations, cable installation competencies, site machinery operation certificates, AIPR‑type qualifications.
• Valid driving license required.
