In the position of Scheduler, you will be responsible for the independent planning and monitoring of projects using Primavera P6. Your tasks include creating and updating schedules, reporting to project management, carrying out progress analyses and resource management. You will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize project results and identify bottlenecks at an early stage.
Your tasks
- Carrying out an as-is analysis of project progress in relation to scheduling based on data stored in a Primavera P6 project management tool
- Updating the assembly sequence planning
- Creating schedules for material procurement and project schedules with Primavera P6, as well as carrying out progress analyses
- Development and analysis of alternative scheduling scenarios
- Creation of comprehensive documentation and update reports from the monthly schedule
Your qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of scheduling and cost planning
- Experience in project scheduling in national and international projects with the PRIMAVERA P6 tool, ideally in the power plant environment
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the Primavera P6 scheduling tool
- Fluency in English and German language skills are an advantage
