Technical Project Manager – Gas Turbine Components (m/f/d)
Back office management with a focus on turbine blading
Take on a key role in the future of energy technology! As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) in the back office, you will drive qualification projects for gas turbine components, ensuring seamless execution. You will coordinate the entire project cycle, monitor supply chains and quality assurance, and optimize processes for efficiency.
Your tasks
- Plan and oversee product and process qualification for gas turbine components
- Prepare and maintain project plans and data tracking
- Monitor supply chain progress to ensure schedule adherence
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering, design, and supplier qualification teams
- Manage risk assessment and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with budget planning and cost monitoring
- Prepare and coordinate stakeholder meetings
- Enhance and develop project management tools and KPIs
Your qualifications
- Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in turbomachinery or power plant technology
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Independent and structured way of working, strong communication skills, and openness to new challenges
- Fluent English skills, additional language skills are a plus
