Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach (m/f/d)
In the SAFe environment of an agile transformation in the high-voltage sector
As a Scrum Master / Team Coach (m/f/d), you will guide agile teams on their path to self-organization and support them in working effectively within a scaled SAFe environment. You will facilitate key agile events, promote continuous team flow, and actively contribute to program planning and the development of agile structures. In doing so, you see yourself as a coach, facilitator, and enabler—with a keen eye for team dynamics and organizational development.
Your tasks
- Coaching teams on self-organization and accountability within the Agile Release Train
- Facilitating and conducting key Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement)
- Actively participating in PI Plannings and working closely with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer
- Supporting the application of agile practices and methods
- Continuously removing or escalating impediments
- Fostering a cooperative, disciplined, and solution-oriented team culture
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree or equivalent qualification, certified Scrum Master (e.g. PSM I/II, CSM) and SAFe certification required
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a scaled agile environment, ideally within complex program structures
- Confident in using Jira, Confluence, and agile facilitation and coaching methods
- Fluent in English, good German skills desirable
- Strong communication skills, empathetic, assertive, and confident in handling diverse team dynamics
